"No power but Congress can declare war; but what is the value of this constitutional provision, if the President of his own authority may make such military movements as must bring on war? ... [T]hese remarks originate purely in a desire to maintain the powers of government as they are established by the Constitution between the different departments, and hope that, whether we have conquests or no conquests, war or no war, peace or no peace, we shall yet preserve, in its integrity and strength, the Constitution of the United States."

The original Constitution has not neen observed since the inception of United States Inc. which is a business, not a government. It has its own Constitution and many departments that work for the corporation, not the people. There are a couple of sites here that explain it fairly well: http://www.google.ca/search?sourceid=navclient&aq=0h&oq=United+States+Inc&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4ADRA_enCA432CA432&q=united+states+incorporated

This is something few in America and around the world know. To Mike and Carlton, the common law republic does still exist, it is just that we do not have any courts in which to bring common law suits to trial. We are still free, even though we are treated as slaves. It is up to the People to assert their rights and to refuse to be numbered in the commercial law's jurisdiction, which is reserved for corporations. Sooner or later the 'Awakening' will occur, and we will have to pick a side. It will be no less than world-wide civil war -- the producers vs. the thieves.

Archer, thank you, I absolutely agree and understand ! I have seen a straw man defense work a couple of times demonstrating a distant example of your statement's accuracy. For the freemen out there (such as has posted here and, the editor), thank you also for your spirit and courage !
