"The general object was to produce
a cure for the evils under which the United States labored;
that in tracing these evils to their origins,
every man had found it in the turbulence and follies of democracy."

Edmund Randolph

    " Turbulence and Follies of democracy " Notice the plural uses of evils and follies. I will attempt to bring to light the shadings implied. Nebalah , senselessness, impropriety, and stupidity, the worst type. Kecily, insolvent in their religion, disregarding God's will. Dull in wise living ! A clear connotation of insolence in their practice of religion. Ivveleth, foolishness of a young person. This stance against England, with their rulers and auxiliaries made evident through their outworking of Threskeia, superficial religious practice. Likened unto Nabal a foolish man. Keciyl insolent religion as applied to democracy, traces the steps of wrong judgment concerning the flourishing of a reprobate behavior. The wicked spring forth as grass, so it must be a good life style ? This is Keciyl foolishness, it takes advantage of a Ivveleht , foolish young person. Democracies turn Tyrannical.

    The cure is in the knowledge, that " Every man had found it ". Past tense. Knowledge brought, unity, to Rise Up, for the Cause of Revolt. A noble, sacred cause. A legal standing and state of being, in one accord with our Creator. By which Liberty comes with, a, responsibility. No doubt !

    zero by an extremely brief explanation, a republican form of government recognizes each individual as a sovereign with inalienable rights. The resulting body politic represents each and every, any and all individual's inalienable rights. Natural law (existing with or without man) is defined by tools such as codes, ordinances, regulations, rules, statutes, etc. for man's administrations. A democracy recognizes no individual's right. A democracy, as a god, has ability to create law (a government of men vs. a government of law). The representatives of a democracy represent the system, not the individual's rights.

    How long must one plead the case before the court ! A Sovereign is BORN in adversity. The first right of birth. In the USA are your rights to be governed as a child till fruition. Then said individual sovereign may take their post with moral code and exercise of responsible and ordered, dictated by conscience. Before the court and God. This is an education with a moral guide post of moderation for the wellbeing of the state and family ! God is my witness. Life fit in the field of adversity, and, enduring affliction for the sake of seeking after that which good is.

    Most simply, a democracy does not / can not (by definition) recognize: individual sovereignty, inalienable rights, liberty, any sentient being, "the laws of nature and of nature's God" (Declaration of Independence) and The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form" (Article IV Section 4 U.S. Constitution).

    A “Democracy”: “That form of government in which the sovereign power is exercised ⋯ in a body” (Bouvier’s Law Dictionary) – averse to an individual (mob rule). Of course, a most clear illustration being attributed to Benjamin Franklin; “Democracy is 2 wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for supper. Freedom is a well armed lamb contesting the vote.” The ole forest and tree adage works well in defining a democracy; though there are trees voting, only the forest is recognized. Lysander Spooner’s description here applies; “A man is no less a slave because he is allowed to choose a new master once in a term of years.”
