Not shooting the messenger; a little mis-directional while the point is still well made. Property, being obedient to natural law does not have rights. Governments / States do not have rights, but duties only. Individual rights do not extend to third party, multiple or collectivist structuring or situations. The corporeal administration of natural law rights is through the common law. The occupying statist theocracy infesting this land does not recognize individual sovereignty, liberty, natural law, or inalienable rights (in property or otherwise).
