"Contrary to the Marxists, the Nazis did not advocate public ownership of the means of production. They did demand that the government oversee and run the nation's economy. The issue of legal ownership, they explained, is secondary; what counts is the issue of control. Private citizens, therefore, may continue to hold titles to property -- so long as the state reserves to itself the unqualified right to regulate the use of their property."

    We have to pay property tax on our homes and business locations so therefore property is not truly owned. If the government decides that your property is to become public domain and they can pay you "fair price" in other words what they call fair and not what you call fair they usually succeed at taking it. So explain the difference in property rights when it comes to Democracy, Marxists, and Nazis control of your property?

    If I owned a home and wished to have a pool, I would need so much more money to maintain that pool after paying for the pool and any utilities that I would use! Why? Or if I needed one little extra room to put my books in and have a small quiet library for myself, I would have to pay so much more than just for what I would need to build it and more than just for utilities I would use. It does not matter if the owner bought the land and pays taxes for that land already? People in control don't seem to want you to own a house, for some reason...

    The difference between allodium and title is, the first is ownership without threat to confiscation and the second is, a regulated domain, by an owner in fact, granting / selling / renting etc. privilege. Just because the owner of property calls 'title' ownership, it does not in fact not make it so. In the de jure States United, ownership of property without threat to confiscation was once possible. A de facto tyrant has replaced the once representative republic (private ownership is no longer recognized). The difference between communism and fascism was/is that the statist central means of ownership and control under communism was without the tools of corporatism and titles while, fascism uses said structuring tools. The difference between socialism's communism and fascism is merely a philosophy of administration. Depending on the specific advantage, Mr. Obamunist Goodwrench the assassin, chooses to use both ends of the socialist stick.

    That which you control, you also own! If you are on the inside, you are favored, and are not subjected to the penalties of control by the State, be it local, county, state, or federal. The U.S.A. is under martial law rule, and is a corporate state. We are not under organic law at this time in our quest for freedom.

    America has gone SO far down the wrong road that most Americans don't even know what they have lost. In the de jure United States of America, citizens could own land outright without any right of the government (other citizens) to tax it or trespass upon it. It was the cornerstone of American sovereignty -- each man was a king on his own land. Secondly, the money supply was REAL MONEY, and could not be printed up by the government whenever they 'needed' it -- that is simply counterfeiting and punishable by death. Counterfeiting on such a grand scale means that whoever controls the issuance of new money is ABSOLUTE master. Thirdly, the American's labors were not taxable -- ever! That would be a form of slavery/servitude. Nor could the government dictate what one could eat, drink, or inhale. Neither could the government dictate what is 'good for you' and force you to do it. Americans do not really know freedom, and even chastise those that endeavor to free themselves from the shackles of fascism which is the form of government the US now has. Remember that fascist leaders have always been elected by their people -- democracy must have limits else it is simply might makes right. Someone asks 'why is the government making it so hard to be prosperous?' Because they OWN you and they want a piece of everything you have and everything you earn -- forever! This is the way of the monarchies of old, the emperors of old, and the popes of old. The New World Order is just the Old World Order 21st century-style. And the populace is as dumb and powerless as they have ever been under any tyrant. How do we get our land rights back? How do we get ownership of our bodies, properties, and labors back? How do we stop a runaway government from loading us with more and more debt? Who of our recently elected representatives are going to do that? !!! We are all nazis now, whether we like it or not.

    The individual investment in our community acting in public synchronization raises consciousness enabling all to be aware that what is beneficial for our personal interest lead us undeniably to the understanding that the best interest of one is the best interest of all. There is no need for private property entitlement when all understand the authentic human motivational psychological mental health framework.  Socialism is the challenge of social abilities to create unification.

    For centuries, socialism has been defined as any of various theories or system of social organization in which all property (including people), religion, means of producing and distribution of goods, and control of the economy is owned collectively or by a centralized government. Any other definition is an attempt to promote a lie and slavery.

    As I stated above, communism and fascism are only 2 different administrations of socialism. Within socialism, perfected allodium (ownership), individual sovereignty, inalienable rights and liberty at nature's law are not permitted  only "title" (a special privilege) with ownership remaining with the collective or centralized government. Within fascism, all corporations / LLCs and other legal persons, along with chattel, living (We The People included) and otherwise are ultimately only disposable cogs of the system. Communism owns all things outright while fascism owns all things through it legal persons.

    Mike, Norwalk your response to me or the quote doesn't make coordinated coherent sense, and you just seem to be making your responses up as you go.  Mike, Norwalk you are not correct because what you are trying to sell, but not aware of it, is fascism with this sovereignty notion. Socialism is quite the opposite, it conveys equality.

    The equations are quite simple: fascism= sovereign superiority

    Socialism=Equality

    Sillik, I smile while shaking my lowered head in disbelief. My comment only doesn't make coordinated coherent sense if you are void of reality and you have NO coordinated coherent sense. My above statement is not trying to sell anything. My above response was a statement of fact, evidenced and defined by use, language, history and some of socialism's biggest advocates and authors of differing administrations. Sillik, your are not aware of what fascism is — it has no doctrines of sovereignty except that of socialism. There are no individual sovereigns in fascism. Socialism’s whole (the collective/ the government are gods pretending power is sovereignty) “We are Socialists” “It is thus necessary that the individual should finally come to realize that his own ego is of no importance in comparison with the existence of the nation, that the position of the individual is conditioned solely by the interests of the nation as a whole.” (Adolf Hitler) It is very clear, Socialism is a form of despotism, dictatorship and tyranny where the collective / government, as god, is the only recognized sovereign - fascism is but one administration thereof.

    Sillik, it is you that makes up your responses as you go. You regularly make up new definitions to words and concepts as you go and can not comprehend there is no “we” without a “me”. Socialism’s equality is an ideology antithetical to nature’s law. Socialism is a godly oligarchy with everyone else being equal in pain, suffering, poverty, delusion, violence and diminishing reality; - anything else is a lie.

    Mike,  Norwalk, you are clearly a qualified fascist. As you dwell in the confines of a clearly misaligned and unequal concentrated resources allocation situation presently making its way in our economic environment you display no objections. We are in need of immediate change and  you can't appear not to grasp that. You clearly fall under the categorical definition of a heartless fascist. The socially responsible Socialist says let us address this tumultuous catastrophy and change these circumstances.

    Sillik, hahaha, lololol. You can't make up new meanings for words, terms or concepts fast enough to keep up with your erroneous ad hominems. All compelled compliance, victimless crimes, government licenses and larceny (2nd plank of the communist manifesto, government confiscations, funny money, etc.) are socialist (communist and fascist) ploys to make slaves out of once individual noble sovereigns.

    Sillik  AND, you obviously haven't been reading what I've been writing; I have been screaming that: we need to address the tumultuous catastrophe that socialism has caused on this land and change the system back to an individually responsible circumstance so that individual sovereignty, inalienable rights, liberty and perfected allodium (absolute personal ownership) at nature's law may return.
