We have to pay property tax on our homes and business locations so therefore property is not truly owned. If the government decides that your property is to become public domain and they can pay you "fair price" in other words what they call fair and not what you call fair they usually succeed at taking it. If I owned a home and wished to have a pool, I would need so much more money to maintain that pool after paying for the pool and any utilities that I would use! Why? Or if I needed one little extra room to put my books in and have a small quiet library for myself, I would have to pay so much more than just for what I would need to build it and more than just for utilities I would use. The difference between allodium and title is, the first is ownership without threat to confiscation and the second is, a regulated domain, by an owner in fact, granting / selling / renting etc. privilege. Just because the owner of property calls 'title' ownership, it does not in fact not make it so. In the de jure States United, ownership of property without threat to confiscation was once possible. A de facto tyrant has replaced the once representative republic (private ownership is no longer recognized). The difference between communism and fascism was/is that the statist central means of ownership and control under communism was without the tools of corporatism and titles while, fascism uses said structuring tools. The difference between socialism's communism and fascism is merely a philosophy of administration. America has gone SO far down the wrong road that most Americans don't even know what they have lost. In the de jure United States of America, citizens could own land outright without any right of the government (other citizens) to tax it or trespass upon it. It was the cornerstone of American sovereignty -- each man was a king on his own land. Secondly, the money supply was REAL MONEY, and could not be printed up by the government whenever they 'needed' it -- that is simply counterfeiting and punishable by death. Counterfeiting on such a grand scale means that whoever controls the issuance of new money is ABSOLUTE master. Thirdly, the American's labors were not taxable -- ever! That would be a form of slavery/servitude. Nor could the government dictate what one could eat, drink, or inhale. Neither could the government dictate what is 'good for you' and force you to do it. Americans do not really know freedom, and even chastise those that endeavor to free themselves from the shackles of fascism which is the form of government the US now has. Remember that fascist leaders have always been elected by their people -- democracy must have limits else it is simply might makes right. For centuries, socialism has been defined as any of various theories or system of social organization in which all property (including people), religion, means of producing and distribution of goods, and control of the economy is owned collectively or by a centralized government. Any other definition is an attempt to promote a lie and slavery. As I stated above, communism and fascism are only 2 different administrations of socialism. Within socialism, perfected allodium (ownership), individual sovereignty, inalienable rights and liberty at nature's law are not permitted — only "title" (a special privilege) with ownership remaining with the collective or centralized government. Within fascism, all corporations / LLCs and other legal persons, along with chattel, living (We The People included) and otherwise are ultimately only disposable cogs of the system.
