Not quite sure how to rate this. From a current perspective and application of unconstitutional legal positivism, the quote is extremely spot on, accurate and illustrative of today's state of affairs — as such, the quote deserves 10 plus stars. From a "laws of nature and of nature's God, common law, constitutional law, founder's natural law applications perspective, the entire system is out or order and criminally illict.
