Yes at the turn of the last century 90% of the population was considered living in the outlying regions. Subsistence living, small farmers and ranchers. Industrialist and the likes building unsustainable cities, chemicals that poison our air and water for the sake of greed and materialism. Manipulation of the worst sort, fraud runs rampant.
