At the Constitution's de jure realm of jurisdiction, any / all juries (each juror, individually and in concert) are to exercise their judicial role by determining fact (evidence as is verified) and law (at nature's law) — NO MATTER what, the criminal / justice architecture(s) states; AND, what instructions are given by a judge.
