"In this country sovereignty resides in the people,
and Congress can exercise no power which they have not,
by their Constitution, entrusted to it: All else is withheld."
Juilliard v. Greenman, 110 U.S. 421 (1884).

Things have changed slightly since sovereignty now resides with our lords and masters inside the Beltway. Shame on us for allowing them to get away with it.

Editor, over the last couple of weeks, a few of my comments have dropped off. It may be your side or mine ? The "country" of the court's subject comment has not existed for over a hundred years. The occupying statist theocracy that now infests this land withholds nothing from its self aggrandizing hegemonyness (-' I know you like my conjugationness :-). By way of example, as the sole sovereign (might making right), the occupying statist theocracy has operated as a slave master over its owned chattel - as evidenced by extracting what ever portion of the laborer's activities its prejudice desires, it ignores any semblance of individual inalienable rights, it rejects religious expression of any and all types - that may compete with its state religion (atheism) on its most closely owned / claimed / held property and, it has declared war, by statute, on the once sovereign 'We The People' . To the sovereign and socialist, believer and otherwise, to each and every, any and all, A VERY, VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS ! ! !

This IS the law, and it HAS been broken, and we see and know who has broken the law. So simple, yet so complex, as we are a lawfull lot, restrained by the very laws, that were meant to protect us. Now, sanity lies with the common man, as our government has surely lost thier way.

It's time to remind our so-called representatives of this by replacing the ones in office now.

@Mike, sorry to hear about your comments not going through. There is a little bit of automatic spam word searching done, so maybe you have used one of the spam keywords. I remember that I put 'cialis' in the spam list and did not realise that it was part of the words socialism and socialist. :) I often copy my entire post to the clipboard before I submit comments in blogs because sometimes the connection drops or some other error occurs and I lose what I had typed. You can always try sending me the post via email and I will put it in. Cheers to everyone, and Merry Christmas!

Cleaning house in order to Restore Liberties to the individual sovereign. To what degree is yet to be seen." If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. " Walk softly and carry a big stick. Keep your feet on the ground and your eyes on the stars".
