"The several states composing the United States of America are not united on the principle of unlimited submission to their general government; but by a compact under the style and title of a Constitution for the United States, and of amendments thereto, they constituted a general government for special purposes [and] delegated to that government certain definite powers and whensoever the general government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force. To this compact each state acceded as a state, and is an integral party, its co-states forming, as to itself, the other party. The government created by this compact was not made the exclusive or final judge of the extent of the powers delegated to itself, since that would have made its discretion, and not the Constitution the measure of its powers."

WOW, that whole 'special purposes [and] delegated to that government certain definite powers' thing. Ooppsss, skipped right over that. Even beyond the 9th and 10th Amendments' Social Security, Medi-insurances, compelled compliance, license, victimless crimes, larceny, etc., etc., etc., we now have Obamunist style fascism. Hmm, it's really too bad that whole Constitutional Republic thing didn't work out.

Quick...put that one down the memory hole! Most of the laws that regulate, manipulate, and threaten us are unconstitutional and invalid. However, if you don't obey them, "force" will be involved, illegitimate though it may be. Absolutely, Mike. The republic didn't work. Now we're finding that the empire didn't work either. I guess we'll soon find out how the anarchic dark ages work for us.

Mexico is expanding its Federal Authority to fight the drug cartels. You guys detest or want to devolve federal authority and I assume let drugs, mafia, etcetera reign supreme in these 50 contiguous regions. I suggest we just forget about the border lines between the reigions and just call this one land. Heck most of it was purchased by the entity called the USA located on the Potomac River and then it was chopped all up to form these local regions. Let us just have one happy united land. As Lennon taught us "imagine".

There is a New Sheriff in Town, Waffler, can you feel the heat ?
THE WALL is being built as we speak, deregulation moves forward quickly, tax reduction, though not enough, spurs Patriots to rally for commonsense leadership. Which We the People now have in the White House. The now, President Donald J. Trump
"When all government, domestic and foreign, in little as in great things, shall be drawn to Washington as the center of all power, it will render powerless the checks provided of one government on another, and will become venal and oppressive, as the government from which we separated.....
Elections and separation of power would not suffice if the government could judge its own case regarding constitutionality." Thomas Jefferson.
And Yes, Even the founders of the "progressive" party, prior name, "socialist" party, founded by Roosevelt and Albert J. Beveridge, heading a reformed minded Faction of the GOP, Repudiated some of the early expansion of governmental power. The proliferation of regulatory bodies, bureaus, and commissions should be reversed. " America would be better off as a country and Americans happier and more prosperous as a people if half of our government boards, bureaus, and commissions were abolished, hundreds of thousands of our government officials, agents and employee were discharged, and two-thirds of our government regulations, restrictions and inhibitions were removed." Albert J. Beveridge
MAGA is a worthy slogan for the Now movement taking place, The Trump Era has begun.

Waffler, your land is the swamp, look how that has turned out - or, perhaps you love it?

Libtard is happy, when govt rules and everyone follows.

USA has devolved into nation of disparate teat-suckers, thanks to FDR's socialism + LBJ's welfare lives matters.

America now wrestles with despotic tentacles strangling Liberty from District of Criminals; Patriots are cheering for MAGA whilst waffling lefties pine for absolute federal authority.

Might as well face it, Wafflers:
you'll forever be miserable living in Land of Free, Our Constitution was never meant for Sheeple cowtowing to govt masters. Liberty is utterly lost on social fascists, I suggest relocating to some placid EU social utopia - as long as you're comfortable with giving up your nagging Liberty.
