Not quite sure how to rate this. From a current perspective and application of unconstitutional legal positivism, the quote is extremely spot on, accurate and illustrative of today's state of affairs  as such, the quote deserves 10 plus stars. From a "laws of nature and of nature's God, common law, constitutional law, founder's natural law applications perspective, the entire system is out or order and criminally illict.
