They set specific limits upon their national government and upon the States, and reserved to themselves all powers that they did not grant. The Ninth Amendment declares: “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”

Our rights were granted by nature or God, however you prcieve it...and the Constitution is not a "living document" as the usurpers and communists would have you believe. It is an absolute.     The Constitution is moribund, the most vital section ignored is Art. 1, Section 10: "No state shall make any Thing but gold and silver coins a tender in payment of debt." There is no branch of government tendering anything in payment of debt. No branch of government pays anyone for anything. This is slavery, Further, this section reads: "No state shall pass any laws impairing the obligations of contracts." This proscribes zoning laws, license laws, rent controls and legal tender laws. The sole function of legal tender is to take labor and property sans payment. Welcome to the new world odor!

    I sure wish there was a way to make Congress follow the Constitution -- seems like a glaring fault to have Congress manage itself. The Grand Jury is actually the way to hold our officials accountable and to end unconstitutional agencies and programs.
