"Taxation of earnings from labor is on a par with forced labor. Seizing the results of someone’s labor is equivalent to seizing hours from him and directing him to carry on various activities."

We hold this truth to be self evident. Amerika is a dummied down slave nation.

Not only is it "on par with forced labor", it's extortion, pure and simple.

I think it goes against better business practices to have a silent partner who provides no service and assumes no risk but takes (by force) half of everything you have. Pretty much makes innovation pointless doesn't it? That's what socialism does...it kills human action.

More obvious than a 2 X 4 across the forehead. But try making the case to most people & they just can't get their minds around it. It's like chattel slavery or monarchy once were; so ingrained in habits that life without it is inconceivable. Is their thinking partly a product of the world's school systems, perhaps?

Income tax is a realtively new concept in the American Republic spanning only a couple generations. It was put forth by the fascists of the day as 'temporary' and only about 1% of income -- not salaries though. And little by little it has become a way to keep the people down. If you are taxed at the 90% level, what is this saying? It says that the government has put a limit on how much a person can earn -- and how much they owe the state. 'Progressive' taxes is a communist plank. The colonists declared war upon the Crown for a mere 2% tax on their goods -- what will it take for today's Americans to say "NO MORE!"?

    1. That I was unaware that a completed, signed, and submitted "Form 1040 " or " income tax return," and other IRS Forms and documents, are voluntarily executed instruments which could be used as prima facie evidence against me in criminal trials and civil proceedings to show that I had voluntarily waived my constitutionally secured rights and that I had voluntarily subjected myself to the federal income / excise tax, to the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code, and to the authority of the Internal Revenue Service ( hereafter referred to as the IRS ) by signing and thereby affirming under penalty of perjury that I was in affect a " person " subject to the tax.
Paragraph 4, goes on to explain a Natural born free sovereign citizen of the United States, and their endowment of inalienable rights by the Creator as per our Declaration of Independence. Paragraph 3. United States Court of appeals for the 9th Circuit in the 1974 ruling in the case of Morse vs U.S., 494 F2d 876,880, wherein the Court explained how a citizen became a " tax payer.
