"Whatever disagreement there may be as to the scope of the phrase "due process of law" there can be no doubt that it embraces the fundamental conception of a fair trial, with opportunity to be heard."
Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr.
(1841-1935) US Supreme Court Justice, also known as "The Great Dissenter"
Frank v. Magnum, 237 U.S. 309, 347 (1915).

We hold this truth to be self evident and absolute; except, if you belong to the Mr. Obamunist Goodwrench the assassin's club of heinous malefactors that, are occupying and infesting this land with their statist theocracy, then the phrase "due process of law" just becomes non-existent.

We no longer have "Due Process" of anything other than the destruction of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Thanks to the "War on Drugs" we have these lovely asset forfeiture laws established some years back by our highly intelligent congress. I wouldn't say that it's "due process of law" when cops can take your car, your boat, your home, or whatever without even charging you with a crime. They do it every day right here in the land of the formerly free. LEAP.cc

Anyone that insists on the due process of law will be prosecuted to the hilt. Constitutional arguments are not permitted in court -- a judge tells the jury that he/she is the judge of the law, not them, which is not true and counter to the due process of law. Indeed the War on Drugs has granted arbitrary powers to police and the State -- this is how totalitarian governments are founded. The Patriot Act and the recent National Defense Authorization Act have granted the power of police and government to arrest people without charge and hold them indefinitely on nothing more than an anonymous tip -- no evidence or warrant need be presented. Wake up, people, please before it is too late.

You better look back in your history books and remember who started all of this; your blessed Reagan was the instigator of the mess we are in now. And if Gingrich becomes president, America won't go to hell - it will be hell.
