Extremely accurate from a perspective of a legal facade. Being a slave to one's passions would also fit the philosophy. Government's of today also dictate and enslave from such perspective which is inclusivie of the metaphysical alter ego. I prefer the I AM that I AM.

There are those that want to lord over others, and there are those that simply wish for a beneficent master. Few truly desire mastery over themsleves.

Oops, I should have seen this quote first. But at least I know I'm in good company. Mike, the two are very different one is to do with Mastery of oneself and the other "Being". I am. is Ommmmmmmm

Robert, I am aware of the differences you've stated. The I AM I referenced is yet a third dispensation; no difference from an outward perception of sensing inward (said being's Ommmm), all the difference from the inside out realization. I also cognitively understand that if more individuals endeavored mastery of / over self, the slavery of the legal straw man would be done away with.
