This idea of sovereign doesn't sit well with my personal constitution because I believe nature rules me, I don't rule nature. If a natural phenomenon like a tsunami, tornado, earth targeted asteroid arrives my arrogant commands are not going to be to effective.  I have to obey the natural equations to produce the tools and/or path to avoid these perilous respective circumstances.
