The US has been in a constant state of emergency since 1933 due to the federal government's bankruptcy to the Federal Reserve. I think it is time we fired these guys completely with a vote of no confidence in the entire Congress, President, and Courts. The Constitution still stands -- we just need to hire officers who will obey it instead of subverting it for their own gain. Traficant is living proof that anyone can get elected to Congress. These folks no nothing about large enterprize let alone about the largest economy, government institutions etcetera and then they go to Washintong and can't handle it. If the shoe fits wear it! I did not say any winners or losers cannot understand "large enterprize". Logan I said some. Guys with no idea of governement, educational systems, military, infrastructure, agriculture, or the size of this countries economy, in short guys who cannot see beyond self get elected to Congress. When they do they are shocked that this is a big nation, economy, and enterprize and they cannot handle it.
