Man, that ain't much of a quote. How'd ya like to be remembered for that dum-ass saying. It isn't even her idea. I looked for other quotes by her. They are all lame-ass except this one: "There exists no politician in India daring enough to attempt to explain to the masses that cows can be eaten." She had no idea why. The lessen there is that you can't force people to do things that have long been established within the culture. Laws follow the cultural norms. Not the other way around.
