"If somebody smokes a joint, we're gonna go in and bust them? We're gonna raid houses in case somebody has a banned substance? Confiscate their houses? My God, if people don't see that as an abuse of force, of too much government, then we're just not communicating."

They're not "gonna" go in, they have already been going in busting people, confiscating their homes, cars, money for a couple grams of pot.  The abuse of power is absolutely fascistic!  Where has the Constitution given the power to do this?  Alcohol prohibition required an amendment to the Constitution, which was later repealed.  Where is the amendment for drug prohibition?  Who made the American Medical Association a lawful governing body?  Why can we not receive medical services from someone not licensed by the AMA?  These are gate-keepers all, protecting their racket.  When will Americans rise up against arbitrary authority?

The so called "War on Drugs" has costs millions and has done far more harm than it was supposed to help. It's a war that never ends and needs to stop.
