"For man, when perfected, is the best of animals, but, when separated from law and justice, he is the worst of all; since armed injustice is the more dangerous, and he is equipped at birth with the arms of intelligence and with moral qualities which he may use for the worst ends."

All too often on the U.S. Supreme Court when linking the name of a judge and their decisions with the word 'Justice' it becomes an oxymoron.

Armed injustice becomes more apparent every day. And it's coming from the nation's Capitol.

And here's an example of possible armed injustice: Congressman Leonard Lance (R-NJ) has come out and demanded that Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano explain why the Department of Homeland Security has been engaging in huge amounts of purchases of ammunition over the past year. Rep. Lance has called on Congress to get involved in ascertaining DHS stockpiling of ammunition which is enough to wage a 20 year plus war.

Such is life. Better to realize this than to live in a Utopian dream world.

Under a de jure jurisprudence within the States united the quote would appertain to those separated from “the laws of nature and of nature’s God” (a natural law form vs. outlaws) and the eternal justice that is associated thereto. Peeling the onion back a little further, a Greek verb for perfect (perfected) would be teleioō, pronounced; te-la-o'-o; meaning, a thing rendered full / found perfect – complete; OR, complete; finished; executed (Black’s Law Dictionary). The “armed injustice” and outlaw / separated from law is a very accurate description of the occupying statist theocracy infesting this land.
