"If the federal government should overpass the just bounds of its
authority and make a tyrannical use of its powers, the people,
whose creature it is, must appeal to the standard they have formed,
and take such measures to redress the injury done to the Constitution
as the exigency may suggest and prudence justify."

Beyond federal, the new tyrannical national government has overpassed all most all de jure Constitutional and authoritative bounds. Such national union, now the people's master, has extinguished all avenues to redress injury to individual sovereignty.

I believe the only measures the People have if they cannot trust their federal government is state succession. Of course, we know what happened the last time a state exercised its right to dissolve its association with Washington, D.C.. Another reason state militias are important -- the federal National Guard has essentially disarmed the States.

We have a reasonable ability to correct the over stepping of the government. The problem is the courts. Most all of the damage done to the constitution was done by the courts. When the government ignores the constitution it is one thing but when the courts redefine the constitution THAT is nothing less than treason. The number one problem we have in our government is that our elected representatives will not stand up to the court and impeach those in the courts that want to tear up the constitution.

US v. Williams holds the corrective key to restoring the People as Master and the Gov't as servants. Dare you to check it out.

Um, Mr Beans. there are at least 7 federal cases under US v. Williams. I don't want to do homework assigned by people who won't put any effort into explaining themselves...
