Uncle Albert, the world's smartest man, also said that compound interest is the greatest invention, and, after peering through the Hooker telescope on Mt. Wilson with Edwin Hubble, said, "That's a lot of stars!"

Freedom does allow a much greater level of inspiration. Statist, collective, oligarchal or other than an individual endeavor and ownership (inclusive of individuals united), claiming ultimate ownership, administration, means of production and distribution of goods are giant deterrents to everything that is really great, including freedom. I don't know that laboring in freedom rises to the level of "Everything that is really great and inspiring" Maybe it does, even a slave struggling to get free is done as an individual endeavor in freedom. Maybe a 4 to 5 stars ?

Mike, if your reference is to your current health-care system; please, get down on your knees and thank god that Mr. Obama had the vision to give you a health-care option. If y'all are in one of the states that opted out, get your s#!t together and move to a state that gives you the best plan. You see, we had this in Canada for about 60 years, and the only problems we've had is when the insurance companies from the U S and A want to f#$k with it.

The carnal mind is enmity, Echthra, against God, for it is not subject to the law of God. neither indeed can be. Einstein, here referring to freedom of thought. Obviously his belief in God is compromised, by giving way to his own vain self. He being a ( stein ), and I know a few. With their keen insight, looking ever so closely at the laws that govern nature, They behold the God head. They were given the lively oracles, (login) a divine response of utterance. Very logical. But still held in contempt. A very secular liberal, as in ( Nadiyb ) grandee, some times a tyrant.
I'll go with Big Bear on this one.

I don't think the Christian God or Einstein's religious beliefs have anything to do with this, Ron. To labor in freedom is indeed fulfilling and the fruits thereof are behind every bold new discovery and innovation.

As far as Obamacare and Canada's provincial health insurance goes, they are not even close to the same thing. As well, people confuse health care with insurance -- again, two different animals. If it weren't for the AMA, big pharma, ABA and insurance companies being in cahoots with politicians, real health care might have had a chance -- as it stands now, it is nothing but a racket funnelling billions of dollars into the medical cartel's pockets at the expense of millions upon millions of people's lives. Hanson's ignorance seems to have no bounds.

L Hanson, my reference was not to the current health-care system. As Archer relays so well, Amerika's current health-care system is a misnomer. The United Socialist's of Amerika's forced health-care is a tenet of the occupying statist theocracy's establishment of religion - being antithetical to the de jure United States of America's natural law jurisprudence, liberty and the quote's subject matter of an individual laboring in freedom's inspiration.

I do understand Archer, I could have given five stars for the obvious, but my point, being the secular socialist religion of the little " g" gods. Those running our country right now. Very wise in the art of worldly wisdom. So five stars for common sense.
