The amerikans, used to be Americans, have been duped into believing that they are 'one required'. All that a discerner has to do is to read the Statute, Volume 38, page 166 in 1913 to understand what the law states, and then read the Congressional Record from 1910 to 1913 to clearly determine who and what IS taxable; and it ain't the laboring person. Once I realized, in 1979, that I was NOT 'one required' I quit submitting forms that are in contradistinction to the dichotomous, oxymoronic phrase, voluntary/compliance and except for a couple of confrontations by the police-state, thinking irs, I have been declared as uncollectable and enjoy every federal reserve note that I receive; with nothing withheld, either State or federal - Period!  -- Patriot2011, novi      1
