Rome was feeding ( Christians ) to the lions long before Constantine became Emperor. The movement to capitalize on the followers of Christ was the motive. They are very good at selling trinkets and idols. Ask a catholic if they are Christian, no I am a catholic. The fact is that the children of the kingdom ( bride ) were cast into outer darkness. The Council of Nicea threw out dozens of books of the Bible in addition to making accepting the divinity of Jesus an obligation upon pain of death -- for which millions have been persecuted. Few Christians today can face the reality of this fact.
