Such policy of the American body politic was a phenomenal hoped for utopia (experiment). Today's demonic ANTI-Constitutionalism (ANTI-rights / liberty / dignity at natural law) loathe such sentiment. The current occupying statist theocracy infesting this land does not allow such language in its ecclesiastical seminaries (government schools), its 4th branch of debauchery (MSM), or in its priests / high priests — priestesses / high priestesses (administrators of demonic dogmas) perversions — i.e., compelled compliance, enforced anti-natural conditions, government licenses, victimless crimes, larceny with impunity {2nd plank of the communist manifesto, Social Security, police state confiscations, etc.}. -- Mike, Norwalk
