You mean Amerika's National Government that now exists is repugnant to original intent, is an encroachment on inherent advantages and precludes the body politic of States united - WOW, what a novel concept. Hmmm How prophetic! I guess that explains when I read the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, original writings and documents, founding philosophies and doctrines that precipitated a formal structuring to protect freedom, liberty, justice for all, natural law and inalienable rights differs SO radically from what exists today.  -- Mike, Norwalk      6 1

What ???? is right. Hamilton's calculations were in La La land. By the time 1859 came around, Washington's argument with Jefferson pertaining to the individual States and their inherent right to nullify hit the table. Resulting in the bloodiest war this country has ever seen over individual and state sovereignty. Hamilton was a socialist banker. To be a fly on the wall in those days. Hamilton got his due, With current situations today and the economic policies being formed, it is best for the incoming leadership to Consider Heavily, The INDIVIDUALS, We the People, who put them in a position of/as a public servant to lesson the overburden. "The yoke of necessity needs no extra burden." DRAIN THE SWAMP, redirect funds, lesson the burden ACROSS THE BOARD. That was the intent. However, the 'transformation' of the federation of free republics of America (known as the united States of America) into a nationalized (not federal), centralized collection of states dependent upon the national government to create the currency for trade. The nationalization of the States after the Civil War and the progressive taxes and claims of Washington DC upon all the People and States led to the establishment of a central bank to whom ALL are beholden and perpetually in debt. Hamilton was instrumental in putting the US on this road to serfdom.  -- E Archer, NYC      4
