He and his czars behind the closed doors are scheming up a way that they are going to try it. Remember the man behind the man is Soros.

The quote is accurate. Disarmament goes way back. Owning a sword under King Henry was punishable by death.

Which is why the radical right of America seek to eliminate the ability of individuals to vote.

Reston, you are truly nuts. How in the world has the "radical right" tried to eliminate the ability of individuals to vote? Perhaps you are referring to asking people for picture ID before allowing them to vote.If folk can get to the polls they can surely get to the DPS and get an ID card.

And Sir Walter should know.... Reston you are right on with one minor change - they also manipulate the information gathering process and the machines used to count the votes. We currently do not have a voting system that can be trusted and therefore have none. ID cards are not the problem or the real issue, it's the far-right demigods that are seizing our country and using idiots like Bernanke etc. and their corporate owned media to do their dirty work.

It isn't the far right that has the power right now, it is the far left, and their goal is to de-power the populace and centralize all power in Washington DC where a few councils will decide how the 300 million citizens will serve the state. Take away their means to defend themselves and the job becomes much easier. Americans have been disarmed in so many ways -- gun controls, asset forfeiture, rigged elections, progressive taxation, unpayable debts, corrupt justice system, and dependencies upon government for nearly everything. We are being enslaved.

What the hell does the quote have to do with voting anyway? And in a Republic we hire statesmen and administrators, not elect politicians. The US is supposed to be a Republic, not a Corrupt Socialist Democracy with a foreigner roosting in the White House.

Carlton, we may "hire" statesmen, but they invariably morph into politicians once they take up residence in the swamp.

A from Reston, Social Security is a leftist dogma integrally of the statist theocracy infesting this land's make up. How many States (and growing) don't allow an individual to vote with out an SSN (an unconstitutional, unlawful ponzi scheme)? My ancestry on both sides pre-dates the war of independence in the U.S. and because none of my family have SSNs, they can't vote in those States. By 'radical right', did you mean the fascist / neo-con end of the socialist stick, because the left has long been eliminating the ability of individuals to vote? (-; hmm, it took a fascist Republican to get a vote for all the slaves ;-) I do have to agree that it is a basic principle of a tyrant to unarm his people of weapons, money, and all means (voting) whereby they resist his power. Voting today, is nothing more than voting for your favorite jailer, not someone that will represent the individual sovereign at law. The tyrants have thus taken away that power to resist.

A true statement spoken by a Tyrant. Just ask the Irish. No need to give him any stars for credit. Some Brits like him, but they would be tyrant lovers anyway. He lost his 40,000 acres in Ireland, a gift, after oppressing them. form the old lady sitting on the throne. But King James I, came into power and that was the end of that. Raleigh was later sacrificed to the Spain for his tyranny against their settlements in the new world. Lost his head. Well said Mike, Norwalk, same here. Our families have been putting up with tyranny/BS for a Long, Long time. Enough is enough ! Semper fi
