The de jure representative republic was to be based on nature's laws. Under such system where representatives were to operate uniquely under duty (not right), they (those representatives) were to protect and enhance individual sovereignty, inalienable rights and liberty at nature's law (NOT!!! represent people {a majority or minority}, morals, opinions, religions, emotions, etc.). Codes, ordinances, regulations, rules, statutes, etc. were to be "Order Directives") NOT!!! mandates at law.  -- Mike, Norwalk      2
