I like this Justice. My favorite amendment is the Second. The right is owning and carrying arms (weapons, guns, knives, swords). Justification for the right is the necessity to provide security for the State. Not the country, but the State. The people should provide for their own protection, not Homeland Security, not the FBI, and definitely NOT the armed forces.
