Military vs. policing agents prove out the quote. The military, as a whole, as per my experience, are moral defenders under orders. Police on the other hand in general enforce immorality (by way of example compelled compliance, license, victimless crimes, larceny, etc.) for a paycheck. They have an vested interest in low to no morality.

Thus those who have guns and want more guns and thus more power are people of low morality. BS I don't buy this. Every one should have power and dignity of person. I love Einstein but this simple statement can be taken to far. Power or force is for a purpose and should be used for the intended moral purpose. Gun owners who think of taking on Government by force are the ones I think Einstein is talking about.

History proves Einstein right, and Waffler clearly demonstrates the immoral philosophy that 'might makes right.' All that is necessary is enough immoral people to force the rest of us to pay them for 'our own security.' Most of the politicians in government today (whether from the left or the right) are there for the power derived, not the defense of the rights of the People.

Waff, wrong again. Just take a look at the morality in our government.

The indiscriminate and injudicious use of force, ordinarily to oppress, is a legacy of the Fall.

Accordingly, generally, infralapsarian Man is not known for his faculty for assuming the moral high ground.
