Not giving 5 stars to Hitler but to the quote. Hitler certainly used the truth of this to his advantage as have many other political and religious leaders.

Obama's insane spending comes to mind and his misguided attempt at health care. Remember the Nazis were socialists first and foremost.

From the socialist's play book. The Reichstag, stimulus, bailout, nationalization of transportation, insurance, banking, medicine, etc., etc., etc. the Union of Socialist States (USA) is endowed with the etched in stone government motto "If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it." (Joseph Goebbels, Hitler■s Propaganda Minister) Only to be surpassed by Bush's and Obamunist's Hero, Hitler; and, his above quote..

The most repeated lie is that government spends money, They cannot get money for your check when the Fed has said "deposits are merely book entries." Our Marxist misleaders have no need for money when all of us will risk our lives or even die for book entries. There would be no wars if soldiers and supliers had to be paid dollars of money, instead they are SATISFIED but not paid with checks.

The "masses" of Americans usually fall for the big lie at presidential election time. The last one was a great example as well as quite a few before.

Forced compliance, false currency, central banking, spying on our activities, spying our bank accounts, paying extortion, regulating our movement/travel, control of the schools, entrenched bureaucracy, suspension of the Constitution, suspension of the Bill of Rights...Freedom? Stalin would be so proud of just how clever it all is....

With 3 days to read the bill it would have to be a big lie that was voted on because there was no time to pick out the truth in it. The big lie was the American people will benifit from passing this bill. When they shoved it down our throats how could we know what we were swallowing with no time to chew it and a chance to taste it. At least then we'd have a chance to spit it out if it didn't taste right. Nope, we just swallowed the big lie and that's all that mattered. Now we have to challenge the process and the facts in their system (legal) and that's the biggest joke of all. That's like asking the doctor who gave you a disease to operate on you to get rid of it.....The madness continues and the worst of it is yet to come.

You can't argue with the truth of that statement. Dictators often use the big lie, but don't think they won't use the little lie though. Small lies repeated often enough are just as effective as the big lie.

At least Hitler was honest about his lies. He learned that political philosophy from the American left. Goebbles studied the political tactics of Woodrow Wilson. The difference is that he rushed to the conclusion of the progressive's goals while in this country we just slide there very slowly. That is till now.

A great observation of a true human reaction (even though it is said by a truly bad guy). We are told lies by all politians. We/all humans are controlled by fear. If a leader wants to control us, give us a enemy/threat (vietnam, granada, iraq, iran, afganistan, saddam, wmd's) we will be fearful and we will give that leader anything he wants, even our freedoms. Always beware of leaders that use fear to cause you to compromise your values.

This quotation is a notorious distortion. If you read Mein Kampf he says 'The Jews believe in the big lie ... ' Nowhere does he say he believed in the big lie. This is how history is distorted. This quotation is often attributed to Joseph Goebbels. For goodness sake read Hitler's words: Mein Kampf

For all of you collectivist minions who are STILL going on and on about Bush's lies, it is curious to me that you, undoubtedly Obama fans, are not privy to how Obama supposedly campaigned against Bush's policies prior to taking office, but once in, he EMBRACED them to the point that he doubled-down on them.

Here's a quote from your hero, and tell me this isn't words of a tyrant:

"Still, youll hear voices that incessantly warn of government as nothing more than some separate, sinister entity thats the root of all our problems, even as they do their best to gum up the works; or that tyranny always lurks just around the corner. You should reject these voices. Because what they suggest is that our brave, creative, unique experiment in self-rule is just a sham with which we cant be trusted."

This from a man who attended a church that spoke of our government creating the AIDS virus to destroy the Black community, and who essentially attacks other political opinions the same way that opponents of collectivist/progressive policies attack his. We are not "enemies of government," any more than Thomas Jefferson or James Madison were. We are merely opponents of those whose policies are the opposite of "self rule," rather, they propose a government that regulates and controls every aspect of our lives.

Obama is far closer to being an Adolf Hitler than any other president in our history. His "fundamental change" in America is perhaps the only campaign promise that he's keeping. Hitler was a socialist, an enemy of capitalism, and he was all about controlling the people's way of life, for "the good of the state," and for anyone who doesn't know, the "state" was Adolf Hitler. The same applies with Obama, in every possible way.

The rise of the "welfare state" the Weimar Republic has its hay day, Then the market crash, Germany being hit extremely hard allowed for such a warring people to rally again. Leadership in the military ranks waiting for the right time, Strasser was chosen over Hitler whom they feared, of course Hitler would have none of that, then the Beer Hall Putsch, took care of Strasser. If not for the excessive requirements of the Treaty of Versailles things might have turned out differently. Now there is not a corner on planet earth that is not touched by the economic power of Germany. The NSDAP has been working underground along with the RSDLP in America, the Obamas and Sanders are living proof of such infiltration and influence of domestic and international policy. The quote is spot on.
