This, however, could be misconstrued to mean the militia is the National Guard, which obviously, it isn't. How come we didn't get militia training in high school? Seems an appropriate task. The Swiss manage to train all of its male citizens, why haven't the States kept this as a priority?  -- E Archer, NYC
