He is talking about the Rothschild banking dynasty. They own/control nearly every country except those troublesome middle eastern countries that issue their own money interest-free -- yes, all the countries the US military is currently bombing. But pay attention to Russia which has managed to kick out the Rothschild banks and is returning to productivity. That was definitely NOT part of the Rothschild plan.
