Good humor and kind of accurate. A play on the evil that democracy is. In making fun of the stupid (being unfixable) it leaves an option open that democracy may also offer every voter a chance to do something smart. All decrees from a democracy are considered law - then enslaving the patrons thereof, Man is not a god with ability to make law. Man only has ability to discover the law that already exists and then use such tools as codes, ordinances, regulations, rules, statutes, etc. to define those laws under corporeal man's administration. All votes in a democracy are a choice of how slaves are administered.

Actually, that is the very argument against the 'greatness' of democracy.

There is no voting in democracy. The truth and the messager are respected. In the democratic process, unlike the voting game where the biggest criminal creature always wins, the truth is sought. The message is analyzed, examined, and disemminated. 2+2=4, what's left to vote on, the message carries itself.
