The only tax that I favor is a poll tax. When I first voted in Texas you had to pay a tax, some where around $1:75 in order to vote. This kept a lot of riff raff and no- nothings from voting. An awful lot of these folk have voted in recent elections.  -- jim k, Austin, Tx
