I don't think this is necessarily true, but have no doubt it is in some cases. Though not a bureaucrat, I even catch myself feeling rather important when I am writing, regardless of WHAT I'm writing about----like THIS, for instance! :-) At any rate, this quote made me laugh. -- Eileen, Troy, MI
