Freedom is recognized by an individual sovereign enjoying the at law spectrum of each and every inalienable right. Not that he is expressing each and every right, but the lawful spectrum thereof being held sacrosanct. Slavery is all else. By way of example, the Constitution could not enumerate the rights of man (too numerous and would vary with circumstance) so it limited the spectrum of government, protecting against the infringement of freedom's principles.
