We are in an intense need of professionalism.  All of our "professionals" are charlatans, from our police officials, doctors, lawyers, teachers, elected representatives, whoever, none of these positions are held without one exception, by a trained mature level headed experienced  professional.  When your talking to any of these charlatans, you are talking to someone with the mind of a certified dangerous juvenile delinquent, absolutely no convention exception.

Correction: last post last line. When you're talking to any of these charlatans, you are speaking to someone with the mind of a certified dangerous opportunistic juvenile delinquent, absolutely no conventional exceptions.  Professionalism is the need. Professionalism is unbiased, objective, fair, decent, dignified, not opportunistic, constructive and creative.
