I like it a lot ! ! !  With, a giant "BUT", that is,   assuming there is a conflict (real, made up or otherwise) and the one Party actually wants peace. Communists of the left and, fascists of the right (the scale of socialism), mingled with religious fervor advance compelled compliance, victimless crimes, government licenses, larceny with impunity (2nd plank of the communist manifesto, funny money, police state confiscations, etc.) and a dissolution of individual sovereignty, inalienable rights and liberty at nature's law  so that conflict and hostility are easily created / inflated.
