"If we can revolutionize opinion about social organization so that we can rid ourselves of arbitrary political interventions in economic and social life, we won’t need a world police force; if we can’t change opinion in this area in favor of a strictly limited government, a world police force would either be helpless to prevent war or would be the worst tyranny history has known."

It would be both helpless and the worst tyranny.

This ignores entire categories of crime, such as terrorist acts... it throws each of us to the wolves.

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States and to the Republic for which it stands...Screw the Globalists.

This quote sort of reminds me of the U.N. Giving up our sovereinty to the U.N. would about as bad as it could possibly get with that band of thugs running things. We should get out and send the U.N. to North Korea or Cuba where they could be with their own kind.

Reston, yes, but also the quote confuses two big issues - I believe in limiting government. Unfortunately this quote is mixing topics.

Carlton, can't you see that the flag you worship and your allegiance are all to the benefit of the Globalists - you should think more highly of yourself.

Robert you couldn't be more wrong about my allegiance. It is TO the REPUBLIC...the Globalists need to be thrown into the sea. Just as other tyrants were forced into the sea in 1776.

Accurate enough but something not quite right there, dunno - I can't quite put my finger on it. Maybe its because individuals have grown up with the concept that some exterior something (police, government, the nice boogie man, ?) are supposed to take the place of personal responsibility?

PS Robert...I don't "worship" our flag...I defend it and honor it like an American should. I'll tell you more about being an American if you're interested. Who knows...you might like to be one yourself someday. :)

I think RBE suffers from cognitive dissonance. Limited government cannot be accomplished along side social planners who never stop finding more social issues to solve all the while loading the nation with more debt and furthering the idea that individuals cannot be trusted to take care of themselves.

RBESRQ The issues are not being confused. The author is talking about all governments and counties. It is no different than interpersonal relationships. If someone decides to fight with you, you are in a fight, whether you want to be or not. Political interventions can be either internal or external.
