    Is James Madison metal order or disorder allowing him to understand he had personal investment of this oppressive dominion based on mere color of one's skin. He appears apart of the problem not the solution. The American people are fully ordered in the mind to acknowledge that one must not oppress others in practice as well as in their proclamations.
