Reader comments about this quote:
Natural law is exacting in it executions, man acts are only to the best of his ability. It is in mans best ability, through observation, discovery, logic, reason, etc to structure codes, ordinances, regulations, rules, regulations, statutes, etc. to best harmonize with the law. Procedures such as jury nullification are a check to help assure a sufficient continence of law and justice.
