jim k, If the quote is accurate, then why the hubbub about quotas and affirmative action? Or is all this voluntary and we are led to believe it is law? I run a business, and I am paid to deliver, it does not matter the ethnicity of the service providers, but somehow some believe that because they have brown skin or are gender-benders that they should get preferential treatment -- and cite federal laws to get it.
