For administrative and protective purposes, a good clause. A very strong case can be made against King Bush the torturer and Mr. Obamunist Goodwrench the assassin under said definition. Most of the occupying statist theocracy's acts (patron specific) are criminal. Wow -- it's easier to be declared a terrorist for wearing a NRA T-shirt than to be convicted of treason. What the hell is going on in this country? A 'suspected' terrorist, which is starting to include all matter of domestic dissent, can be arrested without charge, property seized without trial, and held indefinitely -- even treasonous traitors are not treated like this. However, it does appear that a good number of highly placed government officials are in fact guilty of treason -- good luck EVER getting a treason charge against a real traitor.  -- E Archer, NYC
