They have always won due to their power and the influence of wealth. The first such occurrence in the US came by way of Alexander Hamilton who brought in the first central bank. He also was the first to decide that the Constitution was a document in place to give the government Imperial style powers and set out make that wonderful document one of British style rule. He was a traitor. His legacy is the Federal Reserve. No central bank, no political manipulation of the economy. If we are to be free men, the Fed has got to go..  -- J Carlton, Calgary      1

The change to the empire can also be very fast - ours is the most short lived. Empires, like societal communities can end in a flash - change can be brought about by either a natural calamity or a revolution, its rarely brought about by the slow pace of mediocrity. The dazzling wealth of imperial and aristocratic societies did not win in France or Russia as they will not win in the USA. Central banks captured all the monarchies in Europe once they were permitted to print a nation's currency out of thin air and then 'loan' it to be repaid in gold.  War is the catalyst, and the banksters play one side against the other supplying arms to all.  That's how each central bank was re-established in the US. A little known fact: the national debt is the nation's money supply, that's how currency is issued.  If it were issued interest-free in proportion to the need for trade, wealth would naturally be disbursed and not concentrated into the hands of the banksters.  The annual interest on the US government debt in 2023 was $675 billion!  The goal is to keep the common people in perpetual poverty and dependence.  This is the very tyranny over which the American Revolution was declared, fought and WON!  We have come full circle — will the People ever wake up again?  -- E Archer, NYC      1
