"[W]ar is a question, under our constitution, not of Executive, but of Legislative cognizance. It belongs to Congress to say whether the Nation shall of choice dismiss the olive branch and unfurl the banners of War."

As the Apocalypse (unveiling) rolls on, TRUE HISTORY will expose the bastard Hamilton* as a traitor and a mole for the City of London tribe. The primary purpose of replacing the vastly superior Articles of Confederation with the CONstitution was so that the City tribe could get back their PRIVATE central bank, masquerading as public (government) that issued PRIVATE bank notes masquerading as sovereign money.

Sound like the "FED"? It should, as all 4 central banks have been modeled on the Bank of England - which had nearly 100 year head start on the Bank of North America (#1,) First Bank of the US (#2,) Second Bank of the US (#3 - the one that Jackson so proudly killed,) and of course the "FED" - the most recent and long lived.

Hamilton even bastardized the terms "federal" and "federalist" - using them as cover for what was really conceived as a national and even imperial central government. The TRUE federalists (small, very limited central government) had to play along with the ruse to try to show their opposition by calling themselves (or letting themselves be dubbed) "anti-federalists."

Jimi is right about Hamilton. I enjoy that Aaron Burr shot him dead on the White House lawn...he had it coming. But the statement is on target with a little variation that Hamilton himself would have approved of....War is when the government tells you who the enemy is...Revolution is when you figure it our for yourself. While Jimi is correct, the quote is in fact true. The declaration of war is reserved to the Congress. Interesting that the US is involved in several wars right now and NONE have been declared by Congress.

To what purpose was the experiment of this republic formed ?
Not so much inline with the quote, but is true.
I put forth the question to learned individuals as yourselves.

E Archer - so you concede that Congress declaring war is the THEORY, and Drone Ranger Emperor Obomber waging war at the pleasure of the Zionists is the REALITY?

Under the Articles of Confederation, the president of the Congress had absolutely no power to wage war. You can extol the virtues of the quote all you want - it's irrelevant. I gave it thumbs down, because that rat bastard ten buck Hamilton had no virtue.

J Carlton - Doubtful that the White House HAD a lawn in 1804 when then Vice President Burr gut shot Hamilton early in the morning of July 11th in Weehawken New Jersey. Hamilton didn't die until the next day at 2 PM - back across the Hudson in Manhattan.

Does anyone seriously believe that "our" government follows the CONstitution? Hamilton - Morris - Madison et al designed it at the behest of their fellow City of London / Bank of "England" tribesmen primarily to regain the MONEY POWER after their first PRIVATE central bank - the Bank of North America - was exposed as such. Hamilton bribed enough delegates to the convention to pass the abomination. Thank God that Jefferson and others insisted on a Bill of Rights - our only hope at this time in history being the glorious tenth amendment.

Jimi, I will concede that the Constitution is mute and without a constituency. Obama, GWB, Clinton, Bush Sr, heck the last 10 presidents have been hand-picked by the CFR/banksters. Call them zionists of you wish -- George Washington referred to them as 'Jacobites' and they have been a force to be reckoned with for centuries. We are talking about the Rothschild 'dynasty' which has conquered the western world and is still after those pesky Muslims in the Middle East.

The fatal flaw of the Constitution is that there is no check upon any of the 3 branches of government -- they are all protecting the powers of the others. And without a hard currency, all the sovereign states are beholden to the private central bank. There is no solution but the dissolution of Washington DC and the seizing of the assets of the Federal Reserve Bank. But few know how it all really works -- or even how it is supposed to work -- and after the dust settles, these vipers often end up holding the reins again.

The People are too dumbed down to recognize the enemy and their 'systems' -- yes, we can shoot and blow things up, but we are easily duped by a funny money counterfeiting system. And the press holds the masses in the palms of their hands. The real question is "will the American people wake up in time?"

No force in the universe can justify murdering individuals under any circumstances. The congress of the United States of America is automatically an illegitimate authority in any instances of voting, condoning, supporting killing their fellow species under the context of what is called a declaration of war.  A universal call to reason, a declaration of respect of life, a rational demand for negotiations will need to be the order of day for the United States of America. Socialism is the challenge of social abilities to create.

Sillik, socialism really does challenge, in a most horrific way, abilities when creatively directed at social circumstances. Socialism, by its very nature creates death, destruction, false gods, theocratic atrocities, an existence where lies are preferred to truth, dictator / slave chattel cast systems and a domain of deceit.

According to your psycho-babble, after the U.S.A.'s universal call to reason / declaration of respect of life / a rational demand for negotiations with the "socialist" Hitler, Congress had no authority to defend itself by a "declaration of war"?

Could the free Chinese that fled to Formosa simple have stayed in China (alive and free) if they had been able to negotiate with the socialist Mao?
