My God, the talmud in Liberty Quotes!??!?!?! WTF? If ever there was a racist/supremacist/chauvinist hate literature, this is it. The Babylonian Talmud is the main reason why Jews have been thrown out of every country they've inhabited the last 2 millennia or so - some of them more than once.

Don't believe me? Look it up. According to Talmud:
* OK to lie, cheat, steal from Goyim (all non-Jews)

* OK to have sex with a 4 year old Goy girl

* Goyim are sub-human - meant to serve the Jews

* Mother Mary was a whore who conceived Jesus while she was menstruating

* The Jews gladly killed Jesus and he is now in hell boiling in (take your pick) either semen or excrement.

* Hitting a Jew is the same as hitting God. If a goy hits a Jew he must be killed.

*Jesus and his disciples practiced sorcery and black magic.

*Jesus was sexually immoral and worshiped statutes of stone

* A rabbi debated God and won - God admitted defeat.

* Even the best of gentiles should all be killed.

* Arabs are dogs.

* One million Arabs are not worth a Jewish fingernail.

    Talmud is what a certain group of Jews still believe who are trying to control this world. A true Jew is not one by birth, but by faith. This saying, however, is spot on.

    Mary MI, sorry I did not reply to your reply to me yesterday. Whether Jesus said many things that are in the New Testament, or not, is subject for debate. Perhaps you should read, "Misquoting Jesus, The story behind who changed the Bible and Why", by Bart Ehrman. Or you can look him up on YouTube and listen to short lectures by Dr. Ehrman. He was a fundamentalist early in life until he woke up and started thinking.

    It was Adolph Hitler in Mein Kampf who stated that the BIG LIE was that Jews are a religion and not a race. Israeli citizenship/passport law freely admits that it is based on jus sanguinis - blood/race.

    Hoffman shows (in the link earlier) that the Talmud is
    a.) supreme over the Torah (old testament,)
    b.) that both Black Ethiopian Jews and Karaite Jews (as has been alleged of Mr. Spock (Leonard Nimoy) and his creator, Gene Roddenberry and (Captain Kirk) William Shatner) neither of which group acknowledges the talmud - are severely discriminated against.

    The quote at the top of the page may have been taken from one of the sanitized "Goy" talmuds that have been issued. Rank and file Jews are told to deny that they have read the talmud - whether they have or not, but it is required for every rabbi.

    I went looking for source of this quote from "the talmud," and though I found the same quote on LOTS of sites - all but ONE just said the source was "the talmud."

    Intriguingly the one referenced source is on a "Jews Against Circumcision" site here:

    This site cites the source as:
    The Talmud: Sabbath, 54b

    But searching the "Shabbath 54b" page
    http://www.come-and-hear.com/shabbath/shabbath_54.html#PARTb
    the quote is NOT there and even if it were it would be in extremely twisted context.

    Unless Liberty Quotes can provide a direct source, I think it should remove this quote as spurious - as valid as the sentiment may be. Or change the source to "anonymous"
