I'm not sure how to rate this with stars. With out further context, what or why is the "Finally" ? Is the "fundamental flaw" a reference to natural law's ultimate superiority to legal positivism's criminal actions ? Is the, "cannot and should not", a back handed attempt to illustrate the illegitimacy of victimless crimes ? Does the judge's binding and hypocritical decisions on fundamentally flawed legal positivism indict him as a criminal (making all previous decisions void) ? At law, all victimless crimes are a criminal indictment against the legislators, judges, enforcement agents and all other willfully participating personnel thereof (individually and in concert).  -- Mike, Norwalk      1
