Welcome to America, the most powerful nation on earth. Besides the issues of compelled compliance, license, victimless crimes, etc. the executive, legislative, and judicial are corrupt to the core. The honorable and just are a vast minority.

Something we should remember when the Executive offices' legions come for your freedoms. FBI, IRS, FEMA, DEA, FDA, CIA -- all are armed and dangerous, operate above the law, and use excessive force and intimidation when exercising their 'responsibilities' often without warrant or Constitutional authority -- but because they have SWAT teams and millions of dollars to pay their lawyers, there is little the individual can do even when the citizen is right.

The Supreme Court and some times congress are to be feared far more than those wimpy organizations you listed E Archer. When the Supreme Court acts as tyrants it seems we have no recourse. When the acronyms act above the law the law can and sometimes does punish the perpetrators. Congress when run by Democrats is exempt from any law they pass as it states in the very laws they pass. The acronym groups you mentioned are so hamstrung by congress that they often are ineffective with the exception of the IRS agents which to Dems are all national heroes.

Human beings must be expected to rise above the law of the jungle, that might makes right, and that ownership can be by right of conquest or thievery. People can and do sometimes (even often) rise above their baser instincts to champion justice for the weak. As long as enough do act like civilized individuals there is hope. When everyone starts behaving like animals (whether sheep, cattle, or wolves) the end is near. When might makes right then there will be no justice for anyone.

I think Plato meant "Do not expect justice."

Hey archer, they say they are doing it for our own good. We don't know what's right for ourselves.

warren WHAT ? To start with, you are only half right about the Democrat thing. Every time you wrote Democrats, you should have included "/ Republicans". AND, your reference to "acronym groups" being hamstrung ? WHAT ? I don't know what world or reality you live in but, here in the occupying statist theocracy's Amerika, the acronym groups do what ever they want with impunity. Even the Chief Executive has a hit list and orders assassinations of Americans with impunity. Rodney King was not a sporadic racial event and the shooting in the back death of two short oriental ladies by officers who thought they looked like a tall white guy, etc., etc., etc. was all with impunity, not being hamstrung in any way.

Warren, the CIA and the IRS are hardly 'wimpy' and hamstrung. The Department of Homeland Security is another powerful organization with little oversight. These are all mainly subject to the dictates of the Executive branch alone which is charged with administering laws passed by Congress but have become all too often powers to themselves making criminal all matter of independence and self-determination. They can be equated with the offices of the Crown that plagued the American colonies before the Declaration of Independence.

In the de jure jurisprudence where sentient sovereign(s) "assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them" (administered common law) separate jurisdictions of an occupying statist theocracy infesting this land (by their clergy ordained and passed canons, canon enforcement, theocratic tribunals, etc.) AND, the foreign corporations (local to national, with their despotic - liberty robbing by-laws, gun totting enforcement thugs and their in house bench forums formed after a chancery nature) both make a mere traffic stop life threatening. After (in reality - life threatening) the despotic threat and duress experience, the individual has the clergy dressed in priesthood robes behind the bench to be further victimize by and with: unjust compelled compliance, government licenses, victimless crimes, etc., etc., etc. It could not be said more succinctly "Do not expect justice where might is right" Law enforcement is an oxymoron. When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny.

Let me say from personal experience, currently, Patriot boots on the ground are being singled out and caught in the dragnet of overreach from the bench. Patriots have become the enemy of the State in our own homeland. I have been singled out.
Divorced by a liberal, kicked to the curb, no income, with rapidly declining health, Stills disease. But still this side of the bars, by the grace of God. Our work is probably close to being done.
