(-: Ahh yes, a Kodak moment picturing well the statist theocracy's ambition, only to encounter a socially transmitted disease. ;-)

Yep. reaching into each others pockets for a worthless currency. The whole thing is going to collapse. It's inevitable and I hope you're prepared.

Sounds like a great update of the Bastiat quote. "The State is the great fiction through which everyone endeavours to live at the expense of everyone else."

Robbing Peter to pay Paul is just fine with Paul but Peter ain't too happy.

Great quote and so true, especially now.

    What an inane, meaningless statement.

We will all feel rich if we can surrond ourselves with people who are groveling at our feet. Go live in Bangladesh if you really want to feel rich.
     -- Waffler, Smith

Or we could all share Dick and Wafflers vision of complete and total misery with no hope and no aspirations...shared "equally" of course. I can see it all now....we can stand in a circle and feel secure in knowing it will never get any better...in any way. Now there's your "Hope and Change" in action. lol

I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THE QUOTE THIS IS A FYI STATEMENT FROM AN ARTICLE YEARS AGO IN THE SPOTLIGHT/AMERICAN FREE PRESS CONCERNING PAUL HARVEY. HE WAS NO PATRIOT. HE WAS A GOV. HIT MAN. HIS HITS WERE CHARACTER ASSASSINATIONS. AT THE GOVERN- MENTS BEHEST HE HAS DESTROYED A NUMBER OF PATRIOTS WHO DARED QUESTION OR CRITICIZE THE GOVMNT. IN ONE PARTICULAR CASE, THE GOV. SIC'D HIM ON THIS EXTREMELY PATRIOTIC GENERAL (I BELIEVE HE WAS A GENERAL & I CAN'T REMEMBER HIS NAME) HIS RECORD WAS SPOTLESS ACCORDING TO THE AMERICAN FREE PRESS. THE CHAR. ASSINATION WAS SO HURTFUL THAT THIS OFFICER COMMITTED SUICIDE AFTER HE HEARD PAUL HARVEYS ATTACK ON THE RADIO. I'M SURE THAT SOMEONE AT THE AMER. FREE PRESS COULD GIVE YOU HIS NAME. THANK YOU FOR THIS FORUM IN WHICH TO PLACE THESE COMMENTS. PATRICK A. COY

After Reagen, Thatcher and Mulroney hollowed out the center of Western Civilization and convinced the voters that they would be taken care of by some voodoo economics; there was nothing left except to put our hands in each others pockets. Yes, someone has to pay the bill. Yes, it's the corporations: Those ones that are profiting the most from our wage/slave system.
     -- L. Hanson, Edmonton, Canada

It is the Unions that are profiting the most from the wage/slave system. Don't you see it? And if they can't get their way it is mob rule. Fat Cats are the Union Leaders.

And only those too lazy to move themselves out of poverty by hard work instead of asking for part of the hard workers' money, STILL want their little socialism/communism. Takes a long time to get this envious and stupid. They say corporations/bankers etc...are greedy/selfish? What are you? Envious; lazy; greedy; selfish! And theives to want and think you 'deserve' other people's money and things. We have children running our country at this time especially. And the Bible states at this time we shall have leaders with minds of little children.
