Every year at Thanksgiving some liberal newspaper publishes a cartoon showing American Indians greeting the pilgrims as they arrive. In this they attempt to shame anti-illegal immigration advocates by showing how their forefathers were being treated well when they arrived uninvited and how there is some irony in that picture that we should all learn from today. What I learned is that the Indians allowed unchecked immigration to overrun them and look what happened to their societies. -- Doug, Calif
